4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at hk99 is ৳100 per method. The payment methods currently accepted on our platform are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Funds can be deposited quickly and securely through these three mobile financial services.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if additional verification is required, it may take a little longer.

hk99 ensures that all identity verification documents are complete before processing a withdrawal request. If the wagering requirements for any bonus have not been met, funds associated with that bonus cannot be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = after wagering ৳40,000, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or device cannot claim the bonus.
• hk99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
